Everything you need to build your seating plan, step by step.
Wedding Table Planner Online walks you through your seating plan in a few simple stages — add your guests, create your tables, then drag everyone into their seats. Here's how each part works.
When you first open the planner, a short setup wizard asks how many guests you're inviting and lets you choose the colours used for each side of the couple. You can change any of these later, so don't worry about getting them perfect first time.
Use the guest list panel on the left to build your list:
Click a guest to select them, double-click to edit, and hover over a guest to reveal the trash icon to delete them (you'll be asked to confirm).
Add tables to the canvas and set how many seats each one has. Choose from round, square, rectangular or a long top-table layout, give each table its own colour, rename them (for example "Top Table", "Family", "Friends"), and move them around the canvas to match your venue's real layout.
There are three ways to seat a guest:
Use the search box and filters (Unassigned, by side, Confirmed, Pending) at the top of the guest list to quickly find who still needs a seat.
Open Colours from the toolbar to colour-code your guests by side, family group, or dietary requirement. This makes it easy to see at a glance that families are seated together and that dietary needs are spread sensibly across tables.
When your plan is ready, you can share it with your venue and caterer:
Your first export is free to try. To unlock unlimited exports and printing forever, there's a single one-time payment of £9.99 ($12.99 in the US) — no subscription and no recurring charges.
